FGDP is a training program for basic knowledge and mental coaching for new employees of PT Musi Hutan Persada. In this program, new employees will be provided with material; Introduction to Company Profiles, Organizational Structure and Business Processes, Systems and Standards for company operating procedures, Certification Standards applicable in the company, established policies, regulations and codes of conduct / compliance statements. With this program, it is hope that new employees will have the provisions to adapt and contribute to improving Company performance.


In House Training / Out House Training is a training program that is carry out regularly to maintain and improve employee competence, so that each employee has the ability to solve any challenges and problems related to their duties with an effective and efficient methodology in accordance with standards or regulations.

In House Training at PT Musi Hutan Persada has been support by the existence of a Training Center Building at KM 10 Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI). With reliable HRD Division organizers and competent and experienced Internal Instructors with adequate educational backgrounds. Meanwhile, Out House Training PT Musi Hutan Persada has collaborated with several Professional Education Institutions and Government Training Education Institutions to get a workforce that is competent, has national standard competency legality, and other professional certificates.


The HRD Division of PT Musi Hutan Persada has built a career advancement system through promotion of class / sub-group, and promotion of positions. With an open and fair system, through the process of assessing the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of each employee in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, promotion with the Temporary Officer Appointment system (PJS) by conducting Project Improvement with Mentoring by direct superiors and the next HRD Division. will present the presentation and assessment of the achievement of “Project Improvement”
