In an effort to develop public health the company's concern in the form of Mass Circumcision and Nutrition Services activities is targeted at children in and around IUPHHK-HTI.
In 2019 mass circumcision activities were carried out in Unit 10 turbid 2 involving 75 children from surrounding settlements in collaboration with Puskesmas Pian Raya and in Semangus Baru Village as many as 100 children in collaboration with Puskesmas Muara Lakitas, on this occasion fruit tree seedlings were distributed to community land intensification program as an effort to improve the community's economy

Mass Circumcision and Nutrition Services are carried out in conjunction with a stunting program from the government by providing additional food (PMT) in the form of green bean porridge, eggs and milk distribution for child growth.
The activity was carried out on December 16, 2019 in Sindang Laya Village, HTI Trans SP 11, Muara Lakit Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency and on December 24, 2019 at Pian Raya Health Center, Bumi Makmur Village. Tri Anggun Jaya and Bumi Makmur Village, Muara Lakitan District, Musi Rawas Regency.
On this occasion the company management policy socialization was also carried out by PT. MHP and the distribution of durian seedlings for the community land intensification program with the aim of improving the community's economy.
