Communities in and around the area of PT. MHP are rubber farmers whose yields are not very good. As a form of concern for PT. MHP towards people who live side by side with the company. Then starting in March 2019 the CSR Team held a "Goat Breed Development Partnership Program" in Bumi Makmur Village. By giving 9 female goats' & 1 male goat to the Government of Bumi Makmur Village. This program is expected to help the underprivileged communities so that they can become independent animal breeders and get additional income from the products of these goats. Considering the Goat is one of the most common and easy to farm animals and the Goat also has a fairly high market price, which is in the range of Rp. 2,000,000 - up to Rp. 3,000,000 per tail.

Current developments for the demonstration plot of the Goat breeding partnership of the rowdy goat system have multiplied to 20 and have been handed over to other farmer group members.
